Most orders placed by 11:30AM EST on a business day ship the same day! Orders placed after 11:30AM EST usually ship the next business day. On occasion orders can take up to 6 business days or a little longer during really busy times.

Finding the perfect size in new lingerie can be a challenge. That’s why we offer returns for store credit to make it easy to get the right fit and style. Just pay shipping fees. Request your return here.
Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we can only accept returns for store credit. Additionally, we do not offer full cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our small brand!

- Your order was fulfilled in the last 21 days
- It has not been worn, used, altered, or washed
- Any panty styles have been tried on over your own underwear
- The original packaging is intact
- It is not marked as final sale or has a price ending in .99
Here’s how to process your return:
- Submit your return request here.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. We ask that you please ship your return back to us within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the return approval date will not be accepted.
- Once we receive your return, we will send you a store credit minus shipping fees ($7) via email with a unique code you can enter at checkout.
International Returns:
We cannot currently accept international returns through our returns center. If you need to request a return from outside the United States, please contact customer service at care@uyesurana.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Everything was so comfortable to wear. Im not normally a bralette kind of person but it was really nice and it provided a good amount of support wothout destroying my back any further
Literally the most comfy bra I have worn in a long time. Was not expecting it to be so soft!
I love the quality and feel of the piece, and the style is very cute, especially when peeking out from a shirt. I normally wear a 32F or 32G in bras, so I was a little wary about what size to order. Originally I ordered the M/L, and while it did fit because of the soft, stretchy mesh, I felt that there wasn't enough coverage on the sides. The band also rode up in the back, I guess because it was pulling in the front. Luckily I was able to do a quick and free exchange for the L/XL. The bra fits better now, though a tad big. I prefer the slightly too-big fit. My only suggestion is to create a wider more supportive band in the back. I'm surprised it's a skinny strap instead of a wider strap to match the rest of the bra with an inch or two of the mesh and lace.
You look amazing! We're so happy you like it! For sizes on the edge between our sizes (most commonly this is between M/L and L/XL) the best size does come down to persona; preference for coverage vs cleavage. We're glad you were able to exchange for your preferred fit!
