When will my order ship?
Most orders placed by 11:30AM EST on a business day ship the same day! Orders placed after 11:30AM EST usually ship the next business day. On occasion orders can take up to 6 business days or a little longer during really busy times.

Finding the perfect size in new lingerie can be a challenge. That’s why we offer returns for store credit to make it easy to get the right fit and style. Just pay shipping fees. Request your return here.
Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we can only accept returns for store credit. Additionally, we do not offer full cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our small brand!
Your item is eligible for a return for store credit as long as…
- Your order was fulfilled in the last 21 days
- It has not been worn, used, altered, or washed
- Any panty styles have been tried on over your own underwear
- The original packaging is intact
- It is not marked as final sale or has a price ending in .99
Here’s how to process your return:
- Submit your return request here.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. We ask that you please ship your return back to us within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the return approval date will not be accepted.
- Once we receive your return, we will send you a store credit minus shipping fees ($7) via email with a unique code you can enter at checkout.
International Returns:
We cannot currently accept international returns through our returns center. If you need to request a return from outside the United States, please contact customer service at care@uyesurana.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

This is the most versatile, adjustable, and high quality garter belt I own! There are four elastic straps around the waist that are each wide enough where it doesn't feel like it's cutting into my body but actually snatching my waist and each strap has a very accommodating adjuster. I'm actually a size small, but only the M/L size was available when I made my purchase and the M/L fits perfectly around my 27" waist. I had to complete the set with the Hearts of Venus leg garters, bralette, and babydoll. This is the first of many sets I will get from Uye Surana!
I’m typically a size 0-2 and the XS/S fit perfectly. It’s adjustable and made to last. Beautiful details and incredibly affordable for the quality. I bought the entire Hearts of Venus set and turn heads with it on ;)
