When will my order ship?
Most of our handmade items are ready to ship in as little as 1 business day. On occasion orders can take up to 6 business days or a little longer during really busy times. We also offer expedited shipping options!

Finding the perfect size in new lingerie can be a challenge. That’s why we offer free returns for store credit and exchanges to make it easy to get the right fit and style. Just pay shipping fees.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer full cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations.
Your item is eligible for a return for store credit or exchange as long as…
- It was delivered to you within the last seven days
- It has not been worn, used, altered, or washed
- Any panty styles have been tried on over your own underwear
- The original packaging is intact
- It is not marked as final sale or has a price ending in .99
PROCESSING EXCHANGES
If your item meets the requirements, we can exchange your product for a new size or style. Please note, sales and other promos can't be applied retroactively. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our small brand!
Here’s how to process your exchange:
- Within seven days of receipt, email care@uyesurana with:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you’d like to exchange
- The name of the new style/size you’d like in exchange
- We’ll send you a link to purchase a discounted shipping label for your return and new item.
- You mail your garment back to us using the shipping label we provide.
- Once processed, we’ll send your new garment to you.
