For US Customers
While most orders are delivered on time, occasionally we find that packages may take a little longer for Standard and Priority shipping. We recommend planning ahead and ordering as soon as possible. We also now offer Priority Mail Express shipping, which is the only service that does not have any delivery delays.
For International Customers
We're still shipping internationally with our usual Express service. Depending on your location, you may still experience slight delays.

If you experience any delays, feel free to contact us at email@example.com or website chat. We still typically reply within 24-48 hours, but please allow a little extra time if you don't hear back within 2 days. Right now, we are unavailable via phone as we are working remotely at times.
