When will my order ship?

Most orders placed by 11:30AM EST on a business day ship the same day! Orders placed after 11:30AM EST usually ship the next business day. On occasion orders can take up to 6 business days or a little longer during really busy times.

Finding the perfect size in new lingerie can be a challenge. That’s why we offer FREE domestic exchanges and returns for store credit - so it's easy to get the right fit and style. Request your return here.

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we can only accept returns for store credit. Additionally, we do not offer full cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our small brand!

Your order was fulfilled in the last 30 days
It has not been worn, used, altered, or washed
Any panty styles have been tried on over your own underwear, and stockings have been tried over clean socks
The original packaging is intact and tags are attached
It is not marked as final sale or has a price ending in .99
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria

Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. We ask that you please ship your return back to us within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the return approval date will not be accepted.
Exchanges and instant credits will process automatically

International Returns:

We cannot currently accept international returns through our returns center. If you need to request a return from outside the United States, please contact customer service at care@uyesurana.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Our sustainable printing doesn't waste excess water or dyes unlike traditional dying processes, which take a heavy toll on our waterways. Our printed styles use a technology that allows us to transfer prints without the use of water and excess dyes.

Combined with our durable anti-rip material, so prints are protected against rips and runs.

Longer-Life Lingerie

Your lingerie is made in small batches, so no style is overproduced.

And unlike other brands, our bralettes and wireless bras are fully-adjustable, so you can enjoy them for their full lifespan. We also use durable anti-rip material in our prints and stockings so your styles last longer.

SO gorgeous and comfortable! I'm only 4' 11", so they make it ALL the way up my legs and stay put. The material is so silky and comfortable but strong enough that my long stiletto nails are no problem putting these on. Worry every penny, and I hope to collect every print soon enough.

Super comfy and really beautiful design that looks like art on your legs! And they were really easy to work with when having to return and switch sizes 🥰

These stockings last forever. They're made of a non stretch mesh. They are not forgiving so do size up if you are between sizes or tall. For reference I am 5'2 and wear a 2-4 pant. The xs/s JUST fit me. Well worth the price. They don't wear out.

So glad to hear you're enjoying your stockings and thanks for the feedback! These stockings did turn out less stretchy than some of our others, while we've mostly solved this issue in all of our newer styles on occasion some prints turn out a bit less stretchy.
