      Finding the perfect size in new lingerie can be a challenge. That’s why we offer returns for store credit to make it easy to get the right fit and style. Just pay shipping fees. Request your return here.

      Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we can only accept returns for store credit. Additionally, we do not offer full cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our small brand!

      Your item is eligible for a return for store credit as long as…

      • Your order was fulfilled in the last 21 days
      • It has not been worn, used, altered, or washed
      • Any panty styles have been tried on over your own underwear
      • The original packaging is intact
      • It is not marked as final sale or has a price ending in .99

      Here’s how to process your return:

      • Submit your return request here.
      • Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. We ask that you please ship your return back to us within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the return approval date will not be accepted. 
      • Once we receive your return, we will send you a store credit minus shipping fees ($7) via email with a unique code you can enter at checkout.

      COVID-19 Update

      • Due to Covid-19 related delivery delays, we may consider accepting returns outside of our return window. If you were unable to request a return within 21 days because your package was delayed and delivered with less than 7 days remaining in the return window, please contact us directly by email at care@uyesurana.com

      International Returns:

      We cannot currently accept international returns through our returns center. If you need to request a return from outside the United States, please contact customer service at care@uyesurana.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
