Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. We ask that you please ship your return back to us within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the return approval date will not be accepted.

International Returns:

We kindly suggest international customers contact with any sizing questions before placing their order. Our returns center does not allow international returns. If you need to request a return outside of the United States, please contact customer service at care@uyesurana.com. Shipping fees are at the buyer's expense and duties are non refundable.

These run just a tad big, but are sizeable with the sides being ties. They fit perfectly, hiding just enough of my small pooch from having kids. The material feels great and are so cute!

i own a few different styles of these undies and these are by far my favorite 😍 the ties on the side not only give you the look as if you are opening a present on valentine’s day but make sure that they are adjusted to your liking! i definitely recommend still going by the size chart but even then the straps make it so that you can loosen or even tighten them if necessary. 🌹😍
