When will my order ship?

Most orders placed by 11:30AM EST on a business day ship the same day! Orders placed after 11:30AM EST usually ship the next business day. On occasion orders can take up to 6 business days or a little longer during really busy times.

Finding the perfect size in new lingerie can be a challenge. That’s why we offer FREE domestic exchanges and returns for store credit - so it's easy to get the right fit and style. Request your return here.

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we can only accept returns for store credit. Additionally, we do not offer full cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our small brand!

Your order was fulfilled in the last 30 days
It has not been worn, used, altered, or washed
Any panty styles have been tried on over your own underwear, and stockings have been tried over clean socks
The original packaging is intact and tags are attached
It is not marked as final sale or has a price ending in .99
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria

Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. We ask that you please ship your return back to us within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the return approval date will not be accepted.
Exchanges and instant credits will process automatically

International Returns:

We cannot currently accept international returns through our returns center. If you need to request a return from outside the United States, please contact customer service at care@uyesurana.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Reduced-Waste Printing

Our sustainable printing doesn't waste excess water or dyes unlike traditional dying processes, which take a heavy toll on our waterways. Our printed styles use a technology that allows us to transfer prints without the use of water and excess dyes.

Combined with our durable anti-rip material, so prints are protected against rips and runs.

Longer-Life Lingerie

Your lingerie is made in small batches, so no style is overproduced.

And unlike other brands, our bralettes and wireless bras are fully-adjustable, so you can enjoy them for their full lifespan. We also use durable anti-rip material in our prints and stockings so your styles last longer.

I followed the size guide but they were too big. I wear a size 10 and got the large but they are too big and since I took the tags off to try them on I can’t get a refund. I also don’t like the material, it’s thicker than normal hosiery

Hi Sonia, thanks for your feedback. While you mentioned a size large we have both an M/L and an L/XL. It looks like you may have chosen the L/XL which if you wear a size 10, we would suggest getting the M/L.

Rose Stockings/panties/Bralette and garter belt

I love the pattern, I got almost the full set except the Cami. One of the most beautiful designs! However, I always seem to have some kind of size issues. I own different designs from Uye Surana and tried different sizing combinations for my body.
For ex: If I get a half size bigger the stockings are too big but if I get a size smaller they are not high enough on my thighs😀 same goes for the Bralette, panties and the garter belts.
It's always a little off size wise. I am a natural Hourglass shape so it's always difficult shopping for my measurements.
Beautiful lingerie for photoshoots or intimate experiences but not comfortable enough to wear outside of the home for me personally. It is very expensive to deliver to where I am and takes ages, so I try to be as correct as possible with sizing, so it's a shame when some pieces don't fit the way I thought. Still one of my favorite brands for my content creation, very aesthetically pleasing 🌹

With this in mind, there may be more of a size difference between our sizes when compared to other brands. We have fit them on multiple body types to try to ensure the best fit through our size range. If you have any issues or questions about how to get the best fit with these styles or before placing any possible order, we'd be more than happy to help.

We know international shipping can be expensive and we've recently lowered our international shipping rates as well as offer bigger discounts and free international shipping based on your order size. All taxes and duties are now included in our international orders so that there are no costly surprises at the border.
