Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we can only accept returns for store credit. Additionally, we do not offer full cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our small brand!
Your item is eligible for a return as long as…
- Your order was fulfilled in the last 30 days
- It has not been worn, used, altered, or washed
- Any panty styles have been tried on over your own underwear, and stockings have been tried over clean socks
- The original packaging is intact and tags are attached
- It is not marked as final sale or has a price ending in .99
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria

- Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. We ask that you please ship your return back to us within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the return approval date will not be accepted.

We kindly suggest international customers contact with any sizing questions before placing their order. Our returns center does not allow international returns. If you need to request a return outside of the United States, please contact customer service at care@uyesurana.com. Shipping fees are at the buyer's expense and duties are non refundable.

Love the set, but I think the sizing guide could be a bit more informative regarding the bra.
The thong XS/Small fits great, but the bra XS/S is too small.
For the bralette there is a size chart on the product page, which converts your band and cup size to our XS-5X sizing. We also offer free domestic exchanges should you still need to size up in the bralette. Glad you love the set overall!
I ordered the thong and camisole from the Fruit Punch set and they're fantastic. Very comfortable, soft mesh, and the print is vibrant and so pretty! I have been buying lingerie from Uye Surana for months now and I'm pleased every time!

I have ordered from this brand multiple times and I love it. Naturally when I got my new underwear I was super excited. However I only got one wear out of them before there was a hole where the main fabric gets sewn to the waist band.

This was my first uye surana purchase, and I wasn't sure about the fit. I'm usually a 4/6 on the bottom and the XS/SM fits a little snuggly but does not look too tight. (I prefer a little too tight than too big.) I usually wear 30F or 32D, so XS/S works perfectly there!

I find the lack of trim around the top to be a pretty lazy design element. They're well made though
